Roles and Responsibilities of Team Lead (TL): Track and Monitor the Project Assignment sheet. Manage team members of respective teams. Organize the daily huddles. Ensure SLA's are met. Track and ensure all client email/queries are responded on time. Suggest and process improvement initiatives individually or from within the team. Update and share MIS's and other key reports. Ensure daily work is allocated to the team members and by EOD, the job is completed without fail. Ensure the track regularly the performance of their team members. Do the final level of QC for their respective setups and ensure an error-free project is delivered to the client. All the updates and changes in the process are cascaded to their team members. Ensure errors identified in the QC and identified by the clients, feedback is shared with the operators. Be aware of the leaves requested and awaited by the operators and discuss with the assistant manager/senior manager on its approval/rejection. For larger setups ensure first level QC are done by senior Doc Specialists before submitting to the leads for final QC and delivery of the setups.
