About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 15-20 years of robust experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of labour laws , regulatory compliance , and employee relations , and should be capable of leading and developing a high-performing HR team . You will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives aligned with our business goals and ensuring a compliant and engaging workplace. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient execution of HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements. Design, implement, and manage HR policies and practices that foster a positive organizational culture. Advise senior leadership on legal risks and labor law updates, ensuring proactive compliance measures. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, and employee welfare programs. Drive initiatives for succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling effectively. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure HR strategies support broader organizational objectives. Monitor HR metrics, generate reports, and use data-driven insights to improve HR practices. Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee issues and disciplinary procedures. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred). 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership or management role . In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws , statutory compliances , and HR best practices . Experience in handling audits, legal inspections, and compliance documentation. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR teams. Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to operational details. Preferred Skills: Certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or similar will be an added advantage. Experience in [Dairy/ Food processing units/ manufacturing, FMCG] preferred.
