Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets for Gulab Jamun Mix. Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of sales activities. Track competitor activity on a continuous basis and take action to counter competitor strategies in order to increase market share. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. We are looking for the Location of:- Gujarat, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in gits products. Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Strong leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams remotely. Good Communication.
