Farmology aims to promote eco-friendly products through government cooperative societies and a strong distribution network across major agriculture states in India. Role Description We are expanding our agri-inputs business across West Bengal and looking for a Territory Manager who can drive on-ground sales, build dealer networks, manage key retailers, and run field demonstrations. This role is field-intensive: 80% of time will be in villages, retail points, and demo plots . If you know your market, your dealers trust you, and you enjoy direct field work — this role fits you Key Responsibilities Dealer Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and activate new retailers and sub-dealers in assigned blocks. Sales & Target Delivery: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the territory. Collections: Ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain credit discipline with dealers. Farmer Engagement: Conduct field demos, plot visits, farmer meetings, and product training sessions. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing, and demand patterns at block/village level. Channel Servicing: Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and provide timely support. Reporting: Daily field reporting via mobile apps/CRM; maintain visit discipline.
