Job Description

Position: Manager Human Resources and General Affairs Manufacturing

Lead the administration and management of all employees, encompassing both blue-collar and white-collar staff in manufacturing plants.
Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, training & development programs, and performance management initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
Manage and optimize employee compensation and benefits, including payroll processing and compliance with legal requirements.

General Affairs:

Supervise all general affairs operations in the 6 manufacturing facilities across India.
Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Lead the development and enforcement of organizational policies, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and national regulations.

Legal Affairs:

Oversee and manage all legal matters pertaining to the organization, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Manage industrial relations, including the obtaining of required licenses, certificates, and approvals from relevant authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
A professional HR certificate (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable.
A minimum of 5 years experience in managerial capacity, with a proven track record in Human Resources and General Affairs.
Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in MS Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, is essential for effective communication at all organizational levels.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai.
