Role Overview:

The HR Associate will be responsible for end-to-end human resources activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, policy implementation, cultural engagement, and exit formalities. This role requires a proactive professional who can independently own HR processes while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Hiring & Recruitment

○ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all open positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

○ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective hiring plans.

● Onboarding & Orientation

○ Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, including documentation, induction sessions, and system access.

○ Ensure a welcoming and consistent experience for all joiners.

● Payroll Administration

○ Maintain accurate employee records for payroll processing.

○ Coordinate with finance to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursement.

○ Address payroll-related queries.

● Policy Development & Compliance

○ Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with statutory regulations and company values.

○ Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

● Employee Engagement & Culture

○ Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

○ Organize engagement activities, feedback sessions, and internal communication.

● Performance & Exit Management

○ Support performance management processes and maintain relevant records.

○ Conduct exit interviews and manage full-and-final settlements.

Key Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● 2–4 years of experience in HR generalist roles.

● Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
