Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Espangle in Gurugram.The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HRfunction, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management,compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. TheHR Manager will play a key role in creating a positive and supportive work environment forall employees.
Qualifications
Proven experience of 2-4 years as an HR Manager or similar roleKnowledge of HR principles, practices, and proceduresStrong understanding of employment laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain positive working relationshipsHands-on experience with HR software systemsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrityStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
