HR Associate

As a Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant, you will play a vital role in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and managing new employee paperwork. Additionally, you will support benefits administration by helping employees enroll in benefits programs, answering questions about insurance and retirement plans, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. In the realm of employee relations, you will be tasked with addressing employee inquiries, resolving minor issues, and supporting the HR team in managing employee relations effectively. Your duties will also involve maintaining employee files, updating HR databases, and ensuring accurate and confidential data management as part of record-keeping. Compliance is a crucial aspect of the role, and you will be expected to support the HR team in adhering to labor laws, company policies, and other relevant regulations. Moreover, you will contribute to the coordination and administration of training programs to enhance employee development.
