We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate / HR Executive to support our HR department in executing day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities. This is a great opportunity for a professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is eager to grow their HR career in a dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners and exit formalities. 
  • Coordinate background verification checks for new hires. 
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HRMS. 
  • Learn and support statutory compliance processes (PF, ESI, PT) and assist with related filings, additions, and exits. 
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and regular communication to boost employee morale and productivity. 
  • Assist in preparing HR reports such as attendance, headcount, etc., for management review. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws during HR operations. 
  • Coordinate payroll processes, including attendance tracking, managing allowances and reimbursement claims, and ensuring accurate data transfer to the Finance team. 
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and benefits. 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar. 
  • Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and labour law compliance. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. 
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
