Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, lead a sales team, and establish strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, a passion for achieving targets, and a deep understanding of B2C/B2B sales channels relevant to our industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive high performance and results. Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other channels. Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present them to senior management. Educational Qualifications & Requirements: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies. Ensure CRM and reporting tools are accurately maintained and utilized by the team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales (5+ years) with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as required.
