HR Associate / HR Executive

Role Overview: As a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate / HR Executive at ServCrust, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in executing day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. - Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new joiners and exit formalities. - Coordinate background verification checks for new hires. - Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS. - Support statutory compliance processes (PF, ESI, PT) and assist with related filings, additions, and exits. - Engage in employee engagement initiatives, events, and regular communication to boost morale and productivity. - Prepare HR reports such as attendance, headcount, etc., for management review. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during HR operations. - Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and benefits. Qualifications & Skills: - MBA or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar. - Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and labor law compliance. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. - Team player with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
