Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on portals and screening resumes.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Support in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related documents (appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs and welfare activities.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Assist in grievance handling and escalating to HR Manager when required.

4. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in audits, statutory filings, and HR compliance documentation.

5. Administrative Support

  • Coordinate HR meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain filing systems.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR or administrative role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹26,235.03 per month
