Job Summary

The HR Recruiter & Operations Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. The role involves sourcing and hiring quality candidates, coordinating internal activities, maintaining compliance, and supporting management in achieving organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Understand manpower requirements for all departments and create job descriptions accordingly.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
  • Handle employee grievance redressal and exit formalities.
  • Support in payroll coordination and maintain HR MIS reports.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across departments.

3. Administration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and infrastructure needs.
  • Handle petty cash, travel arrangements, and internal communication.
  • Support in planning training, team meetings, and company events.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain statutory compliance documentation (attendance, ESI, PF, etc.) in coordination with accounts/admin.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR-related documents.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations (real estate or service industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools (Excel, job portals, etc.).
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.

Compensation

  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
  • Incentives based on recruitment performance and operational efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,638.45 - ₹28,303.33 per month
