The role involves sourcing and hiring quality candidates, coordinating internal activities, maintaining compliance, and supporting management in achieving organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing Understand manpower requirements for all departments and create job descriptions accordingly. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins. Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires. Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs. 2. HR Operations Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
