Job Description

Human resource:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires, ensuring all joining formalities are completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives.
  • Support in handling employee queries and ensuring HR policy compliance.

Operations:

  • Provide administrative support in day-to-day office management and logistics coordination.
  • Assist in vendor management, purchase requests, and inventory tracking.
  • Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and operational alignment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling company information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR and/or operations support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools (Zoho, GreytHR, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
