With a presence in 500+ schools across India, we offer impactful programs like 3D Maths & Science Labs, E-Libraries, Robotics & Coding Labs, and AI Labs — designed to equip students and educators with essential 21st-century skills. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR & Compliance Manager to oversee all human resource operations while ensuring strict compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on payroll experience, and proficiency in HRMS systems. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, promotions, and succession planning Design and deliver training, learning, and development programs Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives Payroll & HR Operations Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely disbursement Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements such as tax, social security, gratuity, leave encashment, and other deductions Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll processing and audits Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave, and benefits administration Handle salary structuring, revisions, bonuses, and final settlements HRMS & Data Management Manage and administer HRMS software for employee records, attendance, payroll, and performance tracking Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data within HRMS systems Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review Lead HRMS implementation, upgrades, and process automation initiatives Train employees and managers on HRMS usage and best practices Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions Liaise with legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure timely policy updates ✨ Why Work With Us?
