Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our team at Mindful Tech Solutions in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to support strategic decision-making across recruitment, payroll, employee relations, benefits, and workforce planning. This role will also collaborate closely with HR leadership to design data-driven solutions that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, maintain, and analyze HR data related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee performance.
Prepare and deliver regular HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, retention, employee engagement, and workforce trends.
Support HR projects including compensation benchmarking, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Partner with HR leadership and business managers to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Assist with HR systems administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data at all times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a similar role (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and HRIS systems.
Experience with HR reporting tools or data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
