Job Description

Collect and analyze HR data from HRIS system, employee surveys, performance reviews, and

other source and validate HR data for accuracy and consistency.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for HR metrics and KPIs and

conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify risks and opportunities.

Assist with salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and creation of benefits packages.
Report on key recruiting and workforce metrics such as retention, turnover, time to fill, and

hiring costs.

Provide support for HR audits, regulatory reporting requirements and continuously identify

opportunities for process improvement and automation in HRMIS.
