HR Analyst

As an HR Analyst at The Othain Group, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in talent acquisition activities such as sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews. - Processing employee documentation, including contracts, benefits forms, and updates to employee data. - Supporting the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and updating employee records. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. - Assisting in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. - Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and performance management programs. - Managing HR data and reporting. - Assisting in preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions. - Handling administrative tasks related to HR functions. - Assisting in organizing training programs and workshops. - Coordinating training logistics, including scheduling and participant communication. - Maintaining training records and tracking employee training completion. - Providing support in resolving employee inquiries and concerns. - Assisting in investigating employee complaints and grievances. - Helping maintain a positive and inclusive work environment. - Assisting in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Staying updated on HR best practices and industry trends. Qualifications required for this role: - Good experience in HR Operations and recruitment. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset and attention to detail. - Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the HR domain. - Exposure to HRMS like KEKA, GreyHR, etc. is preferred.,
