Non-IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior non-IT positions
• Understand job descriptions and skill requirements from hiring managers
• Source profiles through multiple channels: job portals, references, social media, networking
• Conduct detailed screening and evaluate candidates based on experience & competencies
• Manage bulk hiring, mass recruitment drives, and walk-ins
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates with candidates
• Maintain dashboards, hiring reports, and MIS documentation
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Meet monthly hiring targets, SLAs, and quality standards
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles

Skills Required

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of non-IT roles and hiring domains
• Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to handle bulk as well as niche non-IT requirements
• Negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments

Qualification

• Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• 1-4 years of experience (consultancy)
