The ideal candidate will oversee HR functions, streamline operations, and ensure efficiency across manufacturing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Human Resources Management: Recruitment & onboarding of employees across manufacturing and sales divisions. Implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems. Handle payroll, attendance, and compliance with labor laws. Conduct training and development programs for staff. Manage employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture. 2. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth workflow. Optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce management. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and inventory management. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 3.
