As a dynamic HR & Operations Manager at Sharas Venture LLP in the Sanitary Napkin Manufacturing industry, your role will involve overseeing HR functions, streamlining operations, and ensuring efficiency across manufacturing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: - Human Resources Management: - Recruit & onboard employees for manufacturing and sales divisions. - Implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems. - Conduct training and development programs for staff. - Manage employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture. - Operations Management: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit for smooth workflow. - Optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce management. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and inventory management. - Implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Sales & Team Coordination: - Support sales team by ensuring coordination between production and distribution. - Track sales team performance and provide necessary operational support. - Develop strategies to improve productivity and sales performance. - Foster collaboration between manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams. - Reporting & Performance Analysis: - Generate reports on HR metrics, operational efficiency, and team performance. - Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for operational and HR improvements. - Work closely with management to align HR & operations with business goals. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing and sales team handling. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations. - Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and supply chain management. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
