As an HR & Operations Manager at Sharas Venture LLP in the Sanitary Napkin Manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing HR functions, streamlining operations, and ensuring efficiency across manufacturing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & onboarding of employees across manufacturing and sales divisions. - Implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems. - Conduct training and development programs for staff. - Manage employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture. - Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth workflow. - Optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce management. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and inventory management. - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Support the sales team by ensuring seamless coordination between production and distribution. - Track sales team performance and provide necessary operational support. - Develop strategies to improve productivity and sales performance. - Foster collaboration between manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams. - Generate reports on HR metrics, operational efficiency, and team performance. - Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for operational and HR improvements. - Work closely with management to align HR & operations with business goals.
