HR & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct induction & orientation programs for new hires.
• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Draft and implement HR policies in line with company standards.
• Maintain employee records, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.), and HR documentation.
• Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Support performance management processes.

Administration:

• Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth functioning of operations.
• Handle vendor management, procurement of supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Manage travel arrangements, office logistics, and internal events.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, statutory norms, and safety regulations.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Prepare MIS reports, documentation, and assist management with administrative support.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years of proven experience in HR and Administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliance, and office management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
