Senior Manager - Real Estate
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - Real Estate to lead the strategic evaluation and monetization of our land portfolio through sales, leasing, redevelopment, and joint ventures. The role involves market analysis, deal structuring, coordination with brokers and architects, and effective estate management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Goa real estate market and a broad industry network.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuously assess real estate trends in Goa and India to evaluate land parcels and recommend strategies such as sale, development, or retention based on market dynamics and asset potential.Identify and engage with local or national partners, structure joint development deals with support from consultants, and manage all related documentation and negotiations.Manage the sale of land parcels by coordinating with brokers, leading negotiations, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance throughout the transaction process.Collaborate with architects and consultants to plan land plotting or redevelopment of assets, and oversee execution, including sales and marketing activities.Lead the estate function to maintain and enhance the value of real estate holdings, including optimising rental returns from residential and commercial assets.Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across legal, financial, and operational teams.

KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of RERA & other regulations is required.Strong background in contracting, legal agreements, and negotiations.Deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics, especially within Goa.Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion.Skilled in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring all parties are aligned.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to articulate deal structures and terms effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
At least 8-10 years of experience in a reputed real estate development firm or a real estate services/investment firm.Degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.(Advanced degree or real estate-specific certifications would be advantageous)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
