Position Overview We are looking for a self-driven legal professional who can independently handle all types of legal cases for Emphoria . The organization will provide the required documents, and the candidate will be responsible for managing the complete legal process including drafting, filing, representation, and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation, arbitration, cheque bounce, and recovery cases end-to-end. Draft, vet, and review contracts, agreements, and legal notices . Pursue receivables recovery through notices, arbitration, and court action. Handle real estate legal matters including due diligence, RERA compliance, and buyer/landowner disputes. Resolve employee, labour, and vendor disputes in compliance with statutory requirements. Maintain case files, updates, and report status to management. Qualifications & Experience LL.B. mandatory ; LL.M. preferred. Minimum 4 years’ experience in litigation, arbitration, recovery, and compliance. Prior exposure to EPC, logistics, fabrication, or real estate sectors is desirable. Key Competencies Independent case handling with minimal supervision. Strong litigation and arbitration expertise. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit invoices with required documentation as per project terms. Coordinate with project teams for progress reports, JMCs, GRNs, and approvals. Visit client offices/sites for invoice submission, approvals, and payment follow-ups. Maintain receivable ageing reports and provide weekly collection updates.
