What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  10–15+ years in large-scale logistics, transportation, or EPC supply-chain operations with statewide or multi-site P&L ownership.

• Education:

  MBA/PGDM or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.

• Skills:

• Strategic leadership & business development
• Fleet & SLA-driven operations
• Strong financial and analytical acumen
• Stakeholder and government liaison expertise
• Tech-first mindset (ERP, IoT/GPS, predictive analytics)
• Crisis management and quick decision-making
