AI Founding CTO (Chief Technology Officer) Position Type: Full-time | Co-founder Level | Equity + Salary Location: Bhubaneswar / Hybrid About the Role: We are building a robust AI Ops platform for multiple industries like Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, Supply Chain Management among others. As the Founding CTO, you will lead the technological direction of the company from scratch. You will build the backend architecture, guide AI system integrations, ensure platform security, and scale infrastructure to support massive B2B, B2G, D2C enterprise deployments. Key Responsibilities: * Lead technology strategy, system architecture, infrastructure planning, and execution * Build scalable, modular, and secure platforms using modern backend frameworks * Integrate advanced AI models (GPT, Claude, RAG pipelines, vector DBs) into business workflows * Oversee technical recruitment, mentorship, and team scaling * Establish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and security protocols * Translate founder vision into stable, scalable, and intelligent product stacks Must-Have Skills: * 8+ years experience in software architecture and engineering * Proven experience building enterprise-grade platforms * Deep expertise in Python, Node.js, or Go with scalable backend development * Solid understanding of LLM APIs, vector databases, LangChain, HuggingFace * Strong cloud deployment skills on AWS/GCP (EC2, Lambda, K8s, S3) * Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions * Experience handling high-security environments and multi-tenant platforms Bonus: Startup leadership experience, open-source contributions, experience with ERP/infra software Show more Show less
