Finance Executive – Billing & Collection

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit invoices as per project milestones and compliance requirements.
• Conduct client & site visits for bill submission, approvals, GRNs, and collection follow-ups.
• Maintain receivables ageing reports and share weekly MIS updates with management.
• Resolve billing disputes and escalate delays to Finance Head/Manager.
• Ensure proper documentation (GST, e-invoicing, audit compliance).

Candidate Profile

• Education

  : B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts).

• Experience

  : 1–4 years (preferably in banking, billing, or collections).

• Skills

  : Knowledge of tax invoices, GST compliance, billing cycles, MS Excel, Tally/Zoho/ODOO.

• Other Requirements

  :
• Must be based in Bhubaneswar.
• Onsite role, full-time.
• Two-wheeler mandatory for client/site visits.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
