Job Description – HR & Admin Executive

Position Overview

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources and administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, compliance, office administration, and day-to-day operational tasks.or related field

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, contracts, etc.) in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure employee compliance.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal documentation.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in coordination with management.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facility management, housekeeping, and vendor management.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure smooth functioning of IT and other infrastructure.
  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff as required.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and communication with external agencies/vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain related documentation (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Support management in drafting letters, circulars, and other official communication.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor administrative expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR and administration (experience range can be adjusted as per your need).
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRMS software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
