We at Analemma Group, are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience Required Skillset: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with HRMS platform Working knowledge of Canva for basic design and communication materials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Role and Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for full-time roles: Draft and post job openings on relevant platforms Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, email, and phone Schedule and coordinate interviews (both online and in-person) Maintain an organized candidate database Plan and execute campus placement drives in collaboration with academic institutions 2. Employee Onboarding & Exit Management Conduct pre-employment reference checks and ensure completion of onboarding documentation prior to joining Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless onboarding experience Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and preparation of relieving and experience letters 3. People & Culture Plan and implement employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives (e.g., birthdays, team events, celebrations) Support internal communication initiatives to foster team cohesion Oversee employee relations and address general workplace concerns or grievances Support the coordination of training and development programs as needed 4. HR Operations Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee data, attendance, leave tracking, and performance goals Review and verify monthly payroll data for accuracy Coordinate timely renewal of employee health insurance policies and benefits administration. 5. Office & IT Coordination Liaise with the internal IT team to manage hardware allocation, accessory requests, and basic tech support Act as the primary point of contact for office space providers, ensuring smooth communication and sharing updates with the team Location: Pune Job type: Work from Office Tenure: 6-month probation, leading to a permanent position Why work with Analemma Group: Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
