MEP BIM Designer II

We are looking for an MEP BIM Designer II to join our team where no two days are alike and learning is a constant pursuit! Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience Qualification: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering Knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Skillsets required: - Revit - AutoCAD - BlueBeam Responsibilities: - Setting up mechanical, electrical and plumbing BIM models from conceptual level/early design stages - Preparation of HVAC ducting and piping layouts per duct and pipe sizing international mechanical codes, client standards and markups - Preparation of plumbing piping layouts per international plumbing codes, client standards and markups - Preparation of electrical power and lighting layouts per national electrical code, client standards and markups - Monitoring projects MEP Revit models to make sure company BIM standards are followed - Creating Revit families to meet project needs - Setup sheets for building plans - Recreate AutoCAD details in Revit - Ensure drawings meet local building code compliance as well as client requirements. - Perform QC checks and BIM Audit to meet project requirements. Other required skills: - Exposure to USA and Middle East projects will be a plus. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve MEP design conflicts. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. - MS Office Suite Job Location: Work from Office As a forward-thinking firm, we offer exciting challenges while working on innovative international projects and are committed to supporting our team members pursuit of success.
