Job Summary The HR Admin cum Operations Executive is responsible for handling daily HR administration along with coordination of operational activities. The role ensures smooth office functioning, employee lifecycle support, recruitment coordination, vendor/office management, documentation control, and operational efficiency across departments. Key Responsibilities A. HR Administration Maintain employee records, personal files & HR databases Prepare & issue HR letters: offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, experience letters etc. Support recruitment: job posting, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding Maintain attendance & leave records; prepare payroll inputs Track probation/confirmation, contract renewals & employee movements Assist in employee engagement & internal communication Maintain confidentiality of employee data B. Operations & Office Management Monitor housekeeping, pantry, security & overall office upkeep Coordinate day-to-day office operations & facility needs Handle procurement of office supplies, ID cards, stationery, IT assets etc. Vendor coordination — sourcing, negotiation, billing & payments follow-up Maintain operations trackers, reports & MIS Support cross-department coordination and workflow Ensure smooth execution of admin & logistics arrangements C. Compliance & Documentation Maintain statutory HR and operational documentation Support audits, policy compliance & filing Keep records updated for inspections and internal reviews D. Employee & Stakeholder Support Act as first point of contact for HR & admin-related queries Support induction, training coordination & exit formalities Maintain a positive and professional work environment Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PG in HR/Admin preferred) 1–6 years’ experience in HR/Admin/Operations Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of HR processes & basic labour compliance preferred Key Skills Excellent communication & coordination skills Strong organisational & time-management ability Attention to detail & documentation accuracy Problem-solving & multitasking ability High integrity and confidentiality Ability to work independently and in a team KPIs / Success Measures Accuracy & timeliness of HR documentation Smooth execution of office & operational processes Recruitment & onboarding turnaround time Vendor & cost management efficiency Employee support satisfaction
