Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping professional with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet guest expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
