Job Description

About the Role:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various positions (screening, interviews, and coordination).
Manage onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

2. HR Operations & Generalist Activities

Support daily HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee documentation, HR letters, and compliance-related paperwork.
Coordinate with departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
Support HR audits and compliance checks.

4. Training & Development

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
Maintain training records and feedback reports.

5. Travel & Field Activities

Visit multiple sites or hospitality properties for HR support and audits.
Coordinate with on-ground teams for recruitment and engagement activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of HR functions and best practices in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
