Job Description

Job Overview:

HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
employee lifecycle
including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Work extensively on
HRMS platforms
(Keka or equivalent) for employee records management, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HR documents with accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution of employee queries.
Generate and analyze
HR reports
using Excel and HRMS for monthly and quarterly reviews.
Support payroll inputs by validating attendance, leave balance, and salary structure changes.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in HR
or equivalent qualification.
34 years of experience
in HR Operations / HR Administration.
Hands-on experience with
Keka HRMS
or any similar HR management system is
mandatory
.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data handling).
Excellent
communication skills
– verbal and written.
Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation.
Ability to work in a
hybrid work environment
and collaborate effectively.
