About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently under pressure, handle end-to-end HR operations, and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain HR compliance.
• Conduct training and development sessions and support performance evaluation processes.
• Manage employee engagement activities and ensure a healthy work environment.
• Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.
• Support the management in policy implementation and HR audits.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Candidates based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate are highly preferred.
