Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided database or leads. Explain products or services in detail to generate interest. Convert leads into customers or schedule appointments for the sales team. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally. Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system. Follow up on previous interactions with potential customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Requirements diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [language(s) required].
