Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Manager to lead our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hotels and restaurants, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve high performance standards.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
