Role Overview:

Banerjee Inn Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our hotels at Bhiringi and Ambuja, Durgapur. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, staff performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day hotel operations across both properties.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve guest complaints effectively.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability.
• Train, motivate, and manage staff for optimal performance.
• Oversee inventory, vendor management, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy and customer retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel management or a senior hospitality role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently.
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality software.
• Qualification in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
