Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Supervise all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, rooms, food & beverage, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and address any guest or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

2. Guest Relations

• Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service and satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance guest experiences.

3. Financial Management

• Monitor and control operational budgets, revenue, and expenses.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost control and profitability improvement.
• Assist in pricing strategy, occupancy planning, and forecasting.

4. Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure top-quality performance.
• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment.

5. Sales & Marketing

• Work with the sales and marketing team to attract new guests and increase occupancy.
• Oversee promotions, packages, and partnerships to boost revenue.
• Maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online platforms.

6. Administration & Compliance

• Ensure all licenses, permits, and legal requirements are up to date.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and management reporting.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
