Job Description – Hotel Manager (Single / Multi-Property Operations)
Experience required - 10 - 15 years
Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day operations across Single / multiple properties ensuring consistency, quality, and brand compliance.
Financial Management: Drive profitability through budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and P&L analysis.
Guest Satisfaction: Maintain top-tier guest experience by monitoring service standards, feedback, and complaint resolution.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor Staff ensuring strong performance and accountability.
KPI & KRA Monitoring: Define, track, and review key performance indicators and key result areas for all departments.
Revenue & Sales Growth: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve occupancy, Average Daily Rate , and overall revenue generation.
Brand & Compliance: Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and legal/statutory regulations across all locations.
Training & Development: Implement staff training programs to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Strategic Planning: Develop growth strategies, identify expansion opportunities, and improve overall business performance.
Reporting & Review: Provide regular operational and financial reports to senior management with actionable insights.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
