Hotel Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in hotel operations, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the smooth functioning of all departments to ensure customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high service standards across all areas of the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to uphold high service standards - Ensure smooth guest experiences and efficiently resolve customer complaints - Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability of the hotel - Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional service - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for seamless operations - Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards - Monitor room occupancy, bookings, and implement revenue-increasing strategies - Generate regular performance reports and recommend improvements - Conduct staff meetings, assign duties, and ensure proper scheduling - Maintain a positive environment for both guests and employees Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in hotel operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and revenue management - Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards in the hospitality industry Please note that this is a full-time job that requires in-person work at the specified location.
