Experienced Hotel Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager to oversee the overall functioning of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of hospitality standards, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability. --- Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) Ensure smooth guest experiences and resolve customer complaints efficiently Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability of the hotel Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance and service standards Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards Monitor room occupancy, bookings, and implement strategies to increase revenue Generate regular performance reports and suggest improvements Conduct staff meetings, assign duties, and ensure proper scheduling Maintain a positive environment for guests and employees Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 05/06/2025
