Job Description: Hotel Manager
Position: Hotel Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Hotel Operations
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and responsible Hotel Manager who can independently manage the entire hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling daily operations, staff management, guest services, accounts overview, and overall hotel performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all daily hotel operations smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise staff, prepare duty schedules, and monitor performance.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
Manage check-in, check-out, room allocation, billing, and reservations.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, monitor stock, and handle purchase planning.
Manage online booking platforms (OTA) such as Booking.com, Agoda, and MakeMyTrip (preferred).
Prepare and review basic financial reports, expenses, and revenue details.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience.
Ability to manage the entire hotel single-handedly.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with deep knowledge of hospitality operations.
Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and hotel management software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
