Job Description

A Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and delivering a comfortable experience to guests. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining service quality, managing bookings, and handling customer queries to ensure the hotel runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day hotel operations.
Supervise front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and service staff.
Ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Handle guest check-in/check-out and resolve guest issues or complaints.
Monitor room bookings, occupancy levels, and online travel portal listings.
Maintain high service standards and ensure good guest reviews.
Manage budgets, daily expenses, and coordinate with accounts for billing.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with hotel policies.
Train staff and maintain proper staff schedules.
Work with marketing teams to promote offers and increase bookings.

Skills Required

Good communication and customer service skills
Team management and leadership
Basic knowledge of hotel software (PMS)
Problem-solving and ability to handle pressure
Understanding of hospitality standards

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred
2–5+ years experience in hospitality or hotel operations

Work Environment

Rotational shifts, weekends, and holiday work may be required
Fast-paced environment with guest interaction

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
