Hotel Manager

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high-quality hospitality standards. The role includes team supervision, financial management, and maintaining smooth coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance).

Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.

Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolutions.

Staff Supervision

Manage, train, and supervise hotel staff.

Schedule shifts and ensure adequate manpower.

Conduct performance evaluations and maintain team discipline.

Financial & Budget Management

Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Implement cost control measures.

Assist in budget planning and forecasting.

Customer Service

Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle VIP guests.

Monitor online reviews and maintain high ratings on portals (Google, Booking.com, etc.).

Administration & Compliance

Ensure hotel policies and SOPs are followed.

Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance with local regulations.

Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory.

Sales & Marketing Support

Support promotional activities and hotel branding.

Work with sales teams to increase occupancy and revenue.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,893.84 - ₹48,157.56 per month
