About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and professionally qualified MBA graduate who has hands-on experience in managing hospital operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to handle day-to-day operations efficiently while maintaining service quality and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall hospital operations including OPD/IPD administration, patient flow, and service efficiency.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, front desk, and support staff to ensure seamless hospital functioning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, training, and overall workforce management.
• Handle billing processes, insurance coordination, patient query resolution, and customer service improvement.
• Maintain facility hygiene, maintenance, and stock/ inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Support hospital marketing, reputation management, and patient retention strategies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, financial analysis, cost control, and operational planning.
• Implement quality standards (NABH / healthcare audits) and ensure continuous improvement.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and healthcare agencies as required.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of hospital administration workflows
• Familiarity with healthcare software (HIS / ERP / Billing systems)
• Team handling & problem-solving capability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations professionally

Preferred Background

• Experience working in hospitals, multispecialty clinics, or healthcare chains
• Exposure to NABH standards, insurance desk operations, or hospital audits
• MBA with specialization in Hospital / Healthcare Management
