Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Operations Manager for GBR Fertility centre located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Operations Manager will be responsible for management of clinical operations of the centre and generating new business leads to increase the patient foot fall and fulfillment of exceptional service delivery. This role involves building and nurturing relationships to drive the growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in hospital clinical operations management. statutory licenses and reporting, new business development, lead generation strategies, conversions and clinical services fulfillment at 100% patient satisfaction.
• Experience in similar role in a medium size hospital or maintaining one department in a large corporate hospital. Candidates with Fertility Centre experience shall be preferred.
• MBBS / BDS / Graduates with PG in Hospital Management with at least 5 years experience.
• Strong people management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Should be wiling to travel.
