Job Summary:

The Hospital Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning and efficiency of hospital operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff coordination, and adherence to hospital policies. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills to manage day-to-day operations in a multi-specialty healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, housekeeping, security, and support services.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Monitor patient flow, admission, discharge, and billing processes to ensure efficient turnaround times.
• Supervise staff scheduling, performance, and adherence to hospital policies.
• Implement and maintain quality control, patient safety, and service standards as per NABH or other accreditation requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and procurement coordination.
• Work closely with the management to plan and execute hospital growth strategies and process improvements.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Address patient grievances and ensure excellent patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and safety norms.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA/MHA preferred).
• 5–8 years of proven experience in hospital operations, preferably in a multi-specialty setup.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, hospital workflows, and accreditation processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and drive efficiency under pressure.
• Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,519.88 - ₹40,000.00 per month
